The School Counseling Program at the Flambeau Schools is for every student. The program is designed to help all students achieve academic success through the development of personal, social, and educational skills, and career exploration.
The mission of the School District of Flambeau’s School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program that addresses the academic, career, and personal/social development of all elementary students. In partnership with other educators, parents or guardians, and the community, the school counselor facilitates a support system to ensure all students in the district have access to and are prepared with the knowledge and skills to become happy and productive members of society.
Elements of School Counseling Programs
Quality school counseling programs contain four elements. They include:

3) A Management System
